Default Fog lights

Hi 2006 LX duro 2.0 manual, try and turn fog lights on get light on dash has power every where but at the globe connector 3 electricians later I've gotten no where.

if they were added later to the car may be strange wiring set up I did not think they were standard on Lx model

It has factory loom, plugs, globes light on dash comes on, off to the forth auto elec on Monday. Do you know fuse / relay number.
