Also you'll need a six star Allen key or drill bit to undo the bolts

It's the outside pair I'm having trouble with. Are they in behind the panel adjacent to the rear window?

you can also unclip the part where the belt comes through and you can also take that big plastic thing off and your belts are under that the bolts for the belt retractor are on the bottom of the retractor and the bolt for the belt to the car is sort of beside the back seat you can gain access to this bolt by taking the side bolsters out screw for that is at the bottom and then just push u. then the bolt for the seat belt is down the bottom of the seat I pop my seat out to get better access by pulling it up from the bottom.

hope this helps you.

I will be replacing mine soon and will post some pics if you want.

cheers

Arrrh! I got 2nd hand rear seatbelts to replace mine in the XR8 which are shot(Spring coils gone). On removal these new ones were fine. Now the two side ones are stuck locked. I can see the coiled springs is fine but they are locked tight and wont let any belt out. How do I reset them to let the belt out?

You do realise that Whiskers hasn't been online since 2014?
