check this out, you can buy molding for the front or rear in CHROME, red or grey.
i've emailed them to ask if they can also produce door moldings ready to fit, i asked if they would sell as a complete kit and if they'd do a group order... so now we wait hopefully these guys are actually making them and its not just limited old stock LINK

The side strips arnt a seperate stripe, its part of the whole door mould. Its only the ones on the bumper which are seperate.
I guess you could somehow cut out the strip from the mould, but it would be a pain in the a55

Pity it's not the side mouldings. It's nearly impossible to find good condition EA-ED Fairmont side mouldings

here's the reply i got back from them re: side moldings
"Hi Ben, I only have the front & rear bumper bar moulds the sides are differant they are one piece with the grey. the only way is if u cut out the old chrome mould from the grey let me know Steve " can anyone make proper sense of that other than its a NO. the original question was do they manufacture the molding and can they make them to suit the sides.

I checked with ford on Saturday and they said that they do not make the door mouldings any more.
Only the parts they have are the bumper mouldings |

he's saying that the side moulds are a 1 peice item.
the front and rear bars have the chrome insert, that comes out and thus is easy to replace. the sides being 1 peice means the whole part needs to be replaaced, unless u cut it into lengths and make the moulding 3 peices.
