Default Full Charged Battery no dash lights no power to crank

hey i was wondering if anyone has come across this i know its a negative problem... just the question is. is it the negative behind the dash near the window or another negative on the car???? jump starting new battery adding jumping cables from the motor to the car from battery to the body and still no crank... but my high beams work beautiful and everything in my boot is fine just the cabin has no power... so im guessing a weak negative link. when i crank my indicators turn on... just my question is which negative wire is it..

Try removing the neg off the battery.
Use neg jumper lead to connect battery to motor.
Try and start.

Make sure both terminals on battery are clean and tight.
Make sure connection to chassis and motor is also clean and tight.
Try again.
