Since this thread has moved on a fair way, i thought i would show my latest effort at making my own twin lights.
In these photos i used pvc pipe to hold lights in place, now i have used galvanised metal rings over the pvc to absorb heat. I have completed both sides with covers & they work great, fully adjustable.

I will have new pics of covers, will put up in next few days. I had to make new cast of glass fronts, as aftermarket lights are approx 1.5 cm wider than my previous failure using torch inserts.
I have photographed all cast & final fibreglass covers for u to see what is involved if u are intrested in having a go.
