Default First ford Service

just had a service today through ford on me 2001 ford falcon AU Futura. Bought it on 10 August 2007 for $13,990 with 205590 on the clock.

I have had the following problems since i bought it.
1. LCD Cluster Bulbs Blown
2. Power Antenna Mask
3. Idler Pulleys for Drive Belt
4. Trailer Socket Dangling
5. CD Player damaged wouldnt play CDs
6. Fronty Brake Rotors Warped
7. Front Brake Pads needed replacing
8. Spare Tyre had a puncture
9. Remote Control for Keyless Entry wasnt working
10. rust

( All the above was repaired under warranty)

After having it serviced today I am now up to replace the O Ring on Tensioner plus the Power Steering Hose. I am angry. I am sick of spending money. Ford Quoted me $300 bucks for the power steering hose. Ouch.. is it easy to change and get a hose form a wreckers or go new and get ford to replace it.

Is the high pressure hose classed as the power steering rack or are they two diffrent things? because if the power steering rack high pressure hose is the rack i can have it repaired under warranty.

the hose is about right from Ford. try ENZED or similar, same thing, fraction of the cost.
as for the price you paid for the car with the Kms on it, i am horrified.
sorry, but thats damn expensive, you could have done a lot better than that.
