Was an interesting cruise, good to get to actually meet some of you guys instead of just talk to you on the forums........

Everyone very friendly although there were some grumpy ones............ you know who you are, hint........ they had a late night on Friday Night...........lol

Thanks to Gavin for Showing me the way to Repco and Changing my brake light swicth

Thanks to boat people (j/k) for being my sat nav as I couldnt be fagged looking at a map

Thanks to Heljas for organising this and Trick_XD for cooking...........

No thanks to the Fly's...........

It was the first GOR for OZEcruisers, its was very rough around the edges but I personally liked the idea of heading to Apollo bay the back way then going home along the GOR.

Was a Great Day................. :

I went to the initial meeting point in Corio and there was some very nice rides. DRHEMI, glad to hear you got your brake light problem sorted. It was good to meet a few new faces and i hope i can join in on the next cruise. Im glad to hear a good day was had by all. That yellow EL was very nice on the eyes (and ears) The silver 5 litre on F90s sounded wicked also. I also spotted a set of S.V.O. rims. I love em. Gav, i hope you get your gas issues sorted out soon. Cheers Fellas, Adam.

They would have been mine. Shame about the crapbox they are on!

It was a great day! The car ran faultlessly (well, that's good for a change) and handled the roads beautifully. We had a good turnout, and there were plenty of nice looking cars there. And Bentles, you look like a beetroot!

Nah, it was fine. If you did, it would have ended up going on the front bumper, which is black anyway!

Thanks for the pics Russell.........

Bentles you should invest in some sun screen........lol

Poor EA2BA had a flat.........

My car also ran perfect, I was behind Dezza's car on the way back which had a nice rumble from the exhaust.

Although you couldnt beat the sound of badefghia's V8!

Was fun following BLC's through the twistys.....

Was a great day and always good to catch up with other forum members.

Well apart from my flat tyre my car went very well cant complain.

Good pics Russ, I should have cleaned it, but didn't get a chance. looks ok in the pics though.

I would also like to say i think it was fairly well orgainsed with making sure the group always stayed together so people didnt get lost.

When Jason said he got a flat tyre, I was thinking, gee those are some quality tyres he borrowed! Firstly the air pressure was too low, and the balance was all out, then I thought he'd punctured one! It wasn't one of mine that went though!

And thanks for the comment about my exhaust. I must admit a lot of the time I was going for full noise out of the corners! There were heaps of great sounding cars! To think, on the last GOR, I had a stock exhaust, and still stock ride height. It was great to drive through the twisties this time with a car that didn't handle like a boat!

Well, i've just gotten home now...

Big thanks to Jason and Swanny for doing the hard yards on putting it all together!

I've got over 300 photos, which I will get around to resizing and uploading.

Unfortunantly, on the way home I hurt my gearbox... Burnt some fluid and it was whining a little bit. Nothing a fluid chang and a aux cooler won't fix though.

Big thanks to all those who joined me for a photoshoot, the pics look great! Too bad I copped so much sun :S

I think we all got a bit much sun mate. Big thanks are in order to YOU for the patience and willingness to share your camera/talents.

On a side note, my car spent most of the cruise on or near the redline, didnt use any oil, no ill-effects to report whatsoever.

4.0 litre = built ford tough.

Your car looks awesome mate, only thing I could pick was that the side rubber moulds need to be painted white. Don't usually like bodykits, but yours looked really nice with the Typhoon wheels.

EDIT - Just checked the map to see where Rushworth is LOL, faarrrkinell you drove a fair way.

Such a beautiful area.
