Exhaust will fit sedan to sedan, wagon to wagon. Springs I'm not too sure but I wouldn't think so.

Engine, transmission...?
BTW, the exhaust is only if your AU is live axle, if it has IRS it won't fit an E-Seires.

Springs will fit on the rear (not the fronts though). Steering wheel, centre console, auto shifter etc either fit, or can be made to easily fit E series. Engine and gear box and live axle rear end are all interchangeable (though remember that offset is different, and handbrake mechanism slightly different). Even the front suspension is interchangeable if you use the AU K frame and mod a little tobolt up to E series chassis (though a bit of work is involved). As above, exhaust including extractors and cat are interchangeable (from EB through to AU3).
