Default headlight help

just wondering i am so hopeless with install anything with wires..

if i buy some aftermarket lights who could i get to install them??

and im very interested in the black with halos on euro car

Unfortantlyy the link above doesn't work (at not here at least)...

but having chnaged the globes in mine to the phillips 4000k blu vision. i'm assuiming it is just a matter of pulling out the assembly which is just a plug in thing and then replacing with the new one. changing the globes is just as easy.

if however you go the way of XID xenon then you need a special headlight assembly. I'm not too sure what is involved in installing the xenon's but i'd imagine it is more difficult requiring wire cutting and stuff.

however i'd imagine you could go to a auto electritican to get these things installed.

they just plug in I presume.
one screw at the top then the headlight unclips.
The wiring plug is a bit of a to get off.

thanks guys, i was unsure if there would be extra wires as there are more lights in there then the standard lights

Sadly they don't just plug in. They come with a whole bunch of wires (approx. 20 as I recall) just hanging loose from each of the headlight bulbs. These then need to be soldered into groups and taped up, then you plug them in and off you go. Not too difficult if you've used a soldering iron before. The plug is pretty easy to get off too. It's just got a clip on it that you hold down and the plug slides off.
If you want I can go and take photos of my finished job to give you an idea of what all the wires look like.
