Default AU2 Brake Booster Replacement

Going nuts here trying to find a thread containg the procedures involved in replacing the booster in a series 2 au, does anyone have info or a link to a thread that will take me to this, thanks in advance

I don't think there's a procedure because i don't think it's ever been done. I saw at least a dozen and a half AU2s make it to 700k on the clock and i never saw one get its brake booster changed, my own personal car included.

/edit: oh yours is an eight? no idea then.

Just unbolt the master cylinder in the engine bay, and carefully move that into the engine bay (header tank must be moved also), then undo the 4 bolts inside the car against the firewall, pull out the brake booster from the engine bay....

yeah i got funny looks when i went into abs as well, they all know about series ones but series two confuses them, reckon they have never had one, but it does hiss at me quite a bit and cant work out if it wants to be a really soft pedal that travels or a really hard one......

thanks xrghia, figured there wasnt a whole lot to it, done it before on an xe but you never know when you are going to strike something different or odd
