Bumper is not to hard but side skirts are glued (so I believe)
Bumper has 3 (or 4) bolts you can access on both sides underneath. Don't forget the tie under the middle; again I think this is held on by rivets which you will have to drill out. UK

there are 2 bar bolts inside the boot behind the quarter panel trims near the tail lights and 2 behind the plastic splash trays you have to take the 3 plastic clips off on either side to access those 2 bolts instead of drilling the 2 rivets underneath you can use a angle grinder and replace them with 2 small nuts and bolts not sure about skirts but why do you want to take them off

Side skirts are clipped on bottom, and held by rubber seal on top, rubber seal has clips which hold both in together, be careful, use something the thickness of a butter knife, the clips break easy and so do the skirts
