Nope. 1993 EBs are pretty much an ED, but no EB 3.

Do us all a favour, stop abusing the English language, use word if you cannot spell, enough is enough.

There was no EAIII. From memory the models went as follows:

EA - March 88
EAII - Nov 89
EB - Aug 91
EBII - Apr 92
ED - Sep 93
EF - Sep 94
EFII - Sep 95
EL - Sep 96
ELII - Sep 97
AU - Sep 98

And so on.

There was no ELII, there was an update but it wasn't officially ELII
Check the model code on an EL and an EL update and they are the same.

Darin.

Very interesting to read

The Smartlock EB rates a mention as it was a series 3 of sorts, but the whole 'series x' thing is abused and misused. The 'EL series II' is the best example - show me any EL with series II badges.

Or if you don't have word, perhaps ieSpell (Internet Explorer) or Spellbound (Mozilla) might be worth installing, seeing as they are both free, and both work within the browser.

i actually find it interesting that the people/company that built these 'non existant' cars have no records of them.
its happened all through time that cars like the NB Fairlane have been unofficially built yet officially sold. (officially, as in they took the money for these non existant cars. even dealers should have records of the compliance plates)
surely if they were test cars or something similar they would have either been replated, destroyed or dismantled for inspection. either way they still should have a whole heap of info on them.
is there a 'Secret Service' at work at Ford?
