I never seen em on sedans either but i thought it's about time they bought em out for sedans and wagons if they hav'nt already. Why neglect the EF and earlier series owners and only make em for AU and Holden's VR,VS,VX? They're missin out on some big $$$ and we're missin out on some funky lookin visuals.

full clear tail lights no.
closest available is those on the EL's that have clear indicators.

As far as i knew the EL's only have the white top(opaque) and red bottom on their rear indicators (WAGON), anyone got a link to a pic for clears? If there were half clears for the EL it should fit the EF, it's pretty much the same.

I have em in mine, unless you want to pay a copious amount of money (genuine thru Ford @$140 ea from memory) go aftermarket EL type @$50-60 each. Try some of those nasty non gen retailers that always seem to frequent e-bay etc.

The EL lights as mentioned are not hard to get ahold of on Ebay. I don't know what the go is with those VG-VS Commodore utes with fully clear lights, as far as I know it is illegal to not have red lenses for brake lights.

A cheap option to emerge is red tint spray which gives the amber indicators a closer colour match to the brake lights whilst ensuring they continue to function properly. I've been meaning to play around with this and will post pics when I do.

IMO i personally think EL WAGON tail lights look crap the indicator is not what i'm after at all. Maybe i can get some custom made then post pics then you will see that they look nice and will want some of your own.

See my post #8. They look like the one's I was referring too. I paid @$50 ea for mine (@3yrs ago) couldn't imagine they would have increased in price too much??? Well done, they will look good.

I have called up SSS in Broady on Hume Hwy, they make Altezza look-a-like lights for hundreds of models but no they missed the EF EL Sedan and Wagon. Yet they make clear lights for a VN, VR, VS Wagon etc.
I have looked everywhere and called up all headlight places and no luck, nobody makes them at all and are not intending too.

Good news though, SSS in Broady can go ahead and make them, however with all the setup and design fees as well as production fees, you have to make a bulk purchase of at least 10,000 +, any interest?
