i have a fairmont Ghia, and i am interested in getting the navigation system installed, though when i asked at ford, they told me they didnt know anything about aftermarket systems, though to ask on the AF Forums. So does anyone know who makes them and where to get them from? thanks in adavance.

I took the easy option and put in a Uniden GNS 8600 which sticks to the top of my dash. It was the only one with a big enough screen to be able to glance at safely.
It is a little slower than some of the smaller units but I looked at all the units in great depth before choosing this one. I do a lot of miles (sales rep) and it is an absolute godsend. They are about $1600 and easy to set up.
