Default EF rear bar removal

Hi guys,
i drive an ef xr6 and after my tyre blow out the other day the right hand side of my rear bar is now unattached and hanging off, so i havent been able to drive it.
i finally have a bit of time off tomorrow, so i thought i would take the rear off completely because i dont have any car availabe for the next few days and i need one.
so the plan was to take it off, so i can use the car until friday when it is going in to get fixed up.

but after having a quick look at the situation this afternoon, i discovered that the bar seems to be pop-riveted on. Is this the case?
if it is, or if it isnt the case, what is the easiest way to get the rear bar off?

and yes i know it isnt the smartest thing to drive without it, but its only to work and back for 2 days, and i figure its safer than driving with it hitting the ground, haha. and the woman needs her car the next few days

sorry for the bother, any help would be appreciated.
Cheers.

1.Remove bumper bar outer side screws and bumper retaining screws from inisde the wheels arch
2. Support the rear bar, remove the bolts from bumper onto body. (remove from inside of boot)
3. whilst supported, disconnect the licence plate light

You will also have 2 rivets to drill out underneath.
