Default eb 4l engine

my eb 4l has a bottem end nock so looking at replacing it or rebuilding it what is the best way to go as i want to put a cam in it also any good cams to get looking for max power cheap as i am still doing all the body work ready for a purple respray also can you buy the firmont door mouldings as mine the chrome is wrinkled any help would be good thanks

Cheapest is to replace and chuck in a cam, extractors, exhaust,etc.
