Default Spray painter?

hey guys im looking for a spray painter/panel beater to cut a tiny bit of rust out and paint my bonnet. the reason i need this is that it is really faded due to the gloss is nearly all off and it looks really crap. the rest of the car looks brand new but the bonnet and the top of the r/h guard but the guard looks like it might have a bit of gloss left so ill leave that for now. ill pay somone to do this and ill supply the paint.

Thanx josh.
