If you have the rest of the bodykit to match then go for it.

If you dont have any other bodykit on it will look out of place.

The T series bodykit is awesome. I loved the way my AU looked.

Have to agree.. Pursuit kit is needed at a minimum to pull off the big wing look.

your not on about that wing that is like a huge double wing are you ? . the single wing like the standard 1 but that sits higher looks ok , but those double wings imo look like they should be on a plane !

Agree with Dan and Casper here ... need a decent kit to go with it .. don't think the standard XR kit will cut it with a T-series wing.

At least it's not one of those bolt on aluminium fully sick gt hectic bro wings I guess.

Go for it Whoosha! They look great. I've got the Rebel/X2Rkit (plus pursuit lip) and it works very well.

I agree wit death metal on this one whoosh man - the squarer style on the AU2 and beyond suits the big wing.

Now rice it up young fella!! if you need a chop out for the paintwork, drop me a line...........

the T3 wing is THE best wing Ford has ever put on their cars- why wouldn't you want to do it?

The skirts and a pursuit lip would be a requirement as others have said- but no doubt once the wing goes on, it will be a matter of time before you have to go the whole hog! lol

I can see it now............

Glad you have decided to do the RIGHT thing!
The T series spoiler (wing) is the best suited spoiler for the AU, you would definatly need a t series rear bar to make it look complete though!

Let us know how you go, and how much your rear vision will be obstructed... its the only thing stopping me from getting one for my AU.

the vision is the only thing stopping you getting one? :

they're really not that bad at all- I never even think about it- the only thing you don't see is headlights from the car behind you at night; I reckon it's fantastic.........

Really mate- don't let that stop you getting one, you won't even notice it- I haven't really driven an au without a big one so maybe that's why I don't notice it- but nothing beats the view in the rear view mirror; I'll get a photo for you if you like..........

I was talking to a few people today about this actually. I'm a weird one, i reckon the AU in general looks better without a rear spoiler at all. However the car needs to be dumped for it to look good.
But if ya gonna go for a spoiler the T-series is the way to go

I say go for it. If you don't like the look of the T3 wing than put that XR one back on.

yep go it Whoosha, will look tuff !
I went to suttle way and got the Bi Plane on the standard wing, now have the S1 bob tail which looks great imo also. Have considered the T wing from time to time, hopefully at the big bbq I can check yours out, may do it as well when I get sick of the bob look.

If you get the "big wing" you'll need 20" rims to match mate.. :

You hardly notice the wing when your driving. The best part about the T3 wing is at night when cars get to a certain distance behind you, the wing blocks their headlights.

Maybe you should go for a drive in one with the t3 wing and see what you think.

Anyway, I guess ir really depends how much your drive with your eyes glued to the rear vision mirror.
