not sure if this'll help you but i have an au airbox is similar to an ed's and both the tickford and v8 snorkels fitted.....in the end though i went for a ba xr6 turbo item as it has a wider opening than both of them...but the actual funnel is the same size shape....best bet is to hold the two up against each other.....
hope this helps

Aunger make a snorkel. Half the price to SS and what I've heard, are very good.

No, the AU XR6 Snorkal is exactly the same as Falcon Snorkals.
Only the AUII/III XR8 220 & T-Series got the slightly larger Tickford Snorkal. You can't buy these from Ford any more.

The Tickford one has been replaced by a BA Falcon one. Part Number is BA9A624A and costs about $34.00. Have one on my AU XR6.

Meh , SS Inductions , Tickford , Aunger , they All do the Same thing , and the Grooves and Filter in the Airbox Regulate Airflow to an Extent , Your Basically Paying for the Name !
I Mean , If you have a Stock One and Want a Bit of Bling , you Get a Tickford One , but Apart from that , an Extra 13mm is hardly worth $100+ , Id Rather pay the $20 and Be Happy to see some wings for Looks !1 Even though i have one yeah Ill Be Quiet now ! Daniel sorry
