Have you had a previous Focus? How does it compare? Power? Ride? Access?

Me and my girl have a 2004 Zetec 2-door that we're MAYBE thinking of handballing next year for the new model, although I think the styling isn't as "pure" as the original (I personally believe the front end is a little boring), which is the only thing really holding us back (plus the lack of a 2-door model).

Nice! Hope you are very happy with it, and don't have any trouble with it.

first time buyer of a Focus as i did a straight swap for my 2003 XR6 Turbo. a big power difference but i wasn't using the turbo to its full capacity anyway and they use a heap of petrol even if driven sedately! very happy with the ride and handling of the focus, i drove a new corolla last week and thought what a bucket of poo with all its rattles and cheap looking interior.

Very cute indeed! I have always liked this new styling. I wanted to get one late last year for my wife but basically they had no demonstrators and the model was too new for any to be around the used market. Tell me, is there a significant saving getting a demo like that with such minimal k's?

Good looking car, can you post an interior (ie dash) shot.
I am just starting the search for a new car for my wife and this looks good so far.

You didn't do to bad then with the deal. The Focus is a nice small car. My wife and I have been considering one, but was quoted $30k on road for an LX auto. For the same price we can get a Honda Accord Vti, which in my opinion is a lot of car for the money. I am still hanging out for a BF though.

the $30000 is about right but don't discount the focus as they are well made and very well appointed car.

3 grand in 8 months is very good depretiation. If it wasnt the turbo you would have been strearing down the barrel of 8 plus. Focus's are a very fine bit of kit good choice.

i just paid $23290 +rego/duty for an LX manual new. $30450 os obviously full price on an auto in an expensive state for ORC.
