Default Power Converter

Hey guys I want to run my Playstation in my car and was wondering what kind of wattage converter I need. Would this one do?

Or would I be better off with the 300W type?

I want one that goes directly into the cigerette lighter to make it easy to plug/unplug. I've never used a converter before so I'm not too sure what to use.

Thanks,
Luke.

I always hard wire mine through separate fuse box just to make sure. Always go the big one because you may want to add things at a later date.

Also look at getting a deep cycle battery.

have a look on the bottom of your playstation. there should be a sticker somewhere telling you how many amps the unit draws. base your inverter selection off this. i borrowed a 280w unit from a mate to test an xbox in my car. it ran the xbox beautifully and stayed on while i started the car so i could run little 5 mins battery charge bursts.
