Default Is anyone running 255/45R17 on their AU

As the title suggests, do you have 255/45 rubber on 17s. This is the best I can get that is load rated for my tonner. Turbo Nick mentioned to me that there could be some guard rubbing with mid corner bumps etc.
thanks
Luke

I've got 265's on the rear of my AU and they don't rub, 245's on the front and neither do they. Just lip the guards.

255/45R17's will be to big, and mess with your speedo/odometer.

They are within 15mm diameter of my stock tyres =legal and puts the speedo out by 2.1km/h

Glenn is there any problems running 2 different widths on the front and back with like insurance or anything? I think that may be the road I travel

at 100, does that mean your speedo *presuming it was accurate before* would read 98kph or 102kph ?

Is there any issues with fitting 255s on a 8 inch rim
