Default Licence issues

When progressing from "C P2" Licence (green p's)
to a "C" Unrestriced licence..

do you points get slated... ???

i just got my unrestriced licence today (wooooohooo no more cop magnets)
and i still have 3 points from a fine i recieved in feb 2005 :(

I went from Green P's to full licence and you start with 12 points minus what you have already lost.

So if you have lost 5 points you start your full licence on 7 points.
