i am trying to upload pics and they keep saying "has exceeded your quota" i didnt even no that you had quota on here? and also how to insert pics into here where you type without having to actually attach them?

Open up a "Photobucket" account or similar if you haven't done so already. This way you can upload full size pics rather than use the "attach" option, it's all much easier. It's probably mentioned in the article "Whoosha" has mentioned.
