Default Question about Wheels

ok i was just looking at the front of the AU and there is stuff all room from the wheel to where the suspension joins. its hard to explain the bit i am talking about. its just above the wheel. anyway will a pair of 18s fit because of this or will it hit?

You can slap a pair of 20s underneath that guard, so 18s is no problem.

Josh,
Are you talking about the suspension? Does not matter if it is or not, wheels up to 20' fit without drama's, as stated by the very wise LG!

Cheers,
Mike

T series AU's came with 18" as standard.. so they certainly fit with ease.

Any wheel you get must have a rolling diameter within about 5% of standard to be legal. So yes, any size rim with the appropriate low profile tyre will fit.

20s is about the limit as that will see you with 30 series tyres - any smaller profile, and you may as well just run on the rims, with the outside of the rim painted black.

I'm wondering if you're meaning the control arm? i've noticed also my tyre is very close to it and adding another half inch diameter would make it just about touch it.
